The board of director’s has no obligation to manage your property owner’s unit or resident/guest behavior. The board only manages HOA business affairs, enforces Board policies, Rules & Regulations and maintains complex buildings & grounds common areas. All other responsibilities are your property owners’.

In the event of a plumbing emergency in your unit, immediately call HOA maintenance and notify your property owner, for all other issues notify your property owner.
