The HOA Office is open by appointment only and is not permanently staffed. If you call the HOA Office, please leave a message with your name, telephone number, your unit number (if an owner or resident), and a brief reason for your call. Calls are usually returned in no more than 48 hours, if an appropriate message is left.

The HOA Security Patrol does not have a telephone number. Please use the communication portal to contact the HOA Security Patrol. If you have an emergency, contact 911. The HOA Security Patrol is not a substitute for law enforcement.
Your voluntary board of director’s responsibility to property owners is overseeing the administrative operations of the complex. This includes enforcing Association’s Governing Documents, Board policies, complex Rules & Regulations; maintain complex buildings & grounds common areas, complex security and protect the property owners investment.
Each unit in Cottonwood Ridge Condominiums is individually owned. Property owners are responsible for renting and maintaining their units. The Board of Directors has no obligation to manage the individual units.
All owners are expected to abide by the Association’s governing documents including the CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, and policies adopted by the Board of Directors. The Board asks its members to assist the HOA Security Patrol to help enforce the Rules & Regulations should violations occur.
